Device Recovery
If you lose your Ledger device, your accounts and credentials are safe as long as you have your recovery phrase.
Don't Panic
Your accounts are secure. Without your PIN and recovery phrase, no one can access your accounts from the lost device.
Use Your Recovery Phrase
Get a new Ledger device and restore it using your 24-word recovery phrase. All accounts will be restored.
If Recovery Phrase Is Lost
If both the device and recovery phrase are lost, accounts cannot be recovered. This is why secure backup is critical.
Report the Loss
Report a lost device to Ledger support to help track and prevent unauthorized use.
